Your day will begin with a captivating immersion into the heart of the Farm, where you'll delve into the multiple facets of the farmer's life. From the land to the table, you'll be captivated by the fascinating process that nourishes both our animals and the population.

You'll wander the winding paths of the farm buildings, thus plunging into the heart of its environment, and actively engage with its most charming inhabitants: the animals.

During this experience, you'll discover:

The intricacies of the farmer's profession and dairy production, anchored in scrupulous respect for the requirements of the IGP Tomme de Saint-Ours.
The secrets of nutrition and the crucial stages of animal husbandry, from calf birth to dairy cow.
The technological treasures of the farm and their use: from the milking robot to the imposing tractors, through state-of-the-art equipment.
You'll also have the privilege of participating in the "From Milk to Cheese" Workshop, where you'll step into the shoes of a true master cheesemaker to discover the intricacies of milk transformation into delicious cheese, with the added bonus of an exquisite tasting of the famous Tomme de Saint-Ours cheese.

For lunch, you'll have the pleasure of enjoying a feast from the local terroir made from the jewels of the Saint-Ours cooperative:

Under the guidance of a passionate guide, you'll embark on an exciting celestial adventure!

On the agenda: an initiation into the mysteries of astronomy, accompanied by an exciting treasure hunt revealing the secrets of our planet and the stars. You'll dive into a captivating exploration of our solar star, deciphering the mysteries of the seasons and their influence on our world. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to contemplate these celestial wonders through fascinating astronomical instruments.
