Cold yoga opens up to a meditation practice, in direct contact with nature.
With your coach and expert of yoga Experience Mont Blanc, Loréleï, discover the benefits of the cold on health and the recommended practices to apprehend the cold, in direct immersion in a snowy environment!
Here, it is the intransigence of the cold that is the master of the session. There is no escape for the incessant mind that does not understand this stressful and yet so saving decision!
Cold yoga has benefits on your body (body tone, health), your mind (better knowledge of your thought movements) and on your emotions and their regulation... This practice also encourages positive thinking.
During this session in the middle of nature, you will work with tools of breath activation, breath holding and full lung practices to encourage the rise of internal heat.
You will also use muscular contractions associated with sequences and postures that are also appropriate for winter conditions. But also, meditative techniques because practicing in the cold requires to maintain a stable mind during the whole session!
This is an excellent opportunity to observe the fluctuations of thoughts constantly at work in your mind and to test the power of thoughts.
During the experience, you will also work with friction, rubbing and tapping by stimulating the meridians of the body... You will leave in an optimal state of relaxation and calmness.
Witness the awakening of your inner fire during this invigorating and energizing experience, in the snowy mountains of the 3 Valleys!
> Remember to take soft and comfortable clothes to evolve in a mountain environment without apparent difficulties, think of superimposing layers to undress gradually, good mountain shoes, a bathing suit (2 pieces for women), warm blankets or a sleeping bag, snowshoes (depending on the snow conditions).
> Adapted exercises from the following practices will be proposed: yoga, sophrology, sensory approach and natural movements.
> Yoga mats are provided.
> The activity starts at your place of residence or at the Mazot du Tal.

There is no additional charge for booking your experience online.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply: :
- From reservation to 30 days prior to the activity: 25% of the total
- From 29 to 15 days prior to the activity: 50% of the total
- From 14 days prior to the day of the activity: 100% of the total
Services and Overseeing
All services are subject to weather conditions and authorizations. 1786 Experiences offers its clients its knowledge of the terrain and its network of professional partners. All the activities are supervised by professionals this in order to guarantee maximum safety and pleasure of the participants.
Safety
The Client is aware of the sometimes sporty nature of some of the proposed services. He/she agrees to comply with the advice and instructions given by the professionals in charge. The Client is forbidden to take any personal initiative in the context of the services that could jeopardize his/her safety, that of the other participants or that of the supervising professionals.
It will be up to the professional supervisor to decide on any modifications for safety reasons of our services for weather or mountain conditions, participants abilities or their technical skills. Our guides will decide to change the itinerary or mountain range for security and the best experience possible.
Failure to comply with safety instructions or to participate in a service without respecting the level of requirements may justify the exclusion of the client from the service. This exclusion decided for safety reasons will not determine any right to refund of the cost of the experience.
1786 Experiences obligations
In any case of force-majeure (unforeseeable, impossible conditions), 1786 Experiences cannot execute one or more services, the client will be reimbursed the amount of the cancelled service(s). The refund will be made no later than 30 days after the end of the stay.
Insurance
1786 Experiences belongs to the company VOYAGE 1786, holder of a civil liability insurance policy for all the activities it organizes.
LThe price of the service does not include personal insurance. It is strongly recommended that the clients have a search & rescue insurance and a repatriation insurance valid for the service.
